Attention to conservation retains the original fabric with minimal intervention. Brian has developed sensitive techniques to stabilise and protect objects so they can be saved from complete deterioration.
Following stabilisation, if the desire is then to see the object interpreted to the original design after many years of deterioration, compatible materials are used for a long term solution to repair, protect and retain.
